Welcome to Sekkii. By using this app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Sekkii is a voice-driven task and note management app that provides:

• Voice input that automatically converts to tasks or notes
• Task management, reminders, and calendar sync
• Cloud data sync (requires sign-in)

2. Accounts

• You may create an account using Sign in with Apple.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Sekkii offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are available as monthly and yearly plans through Apple In-App Purchase.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

All refund requests should be processed through Apple's official refund process.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of all tasks, notes, and other content you create.
• We do not view, use, or share your personal content except as necessary to provide the service.
• You must not use the app to store or distribute illegal content.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use automated tools to excessively access the app's services
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

Sekkii and all its content, features, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.

7. Disclaimers

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Speech recognition accuracy depends on Apple's Speech Recognition service; we are not responsible for transcription errors.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Service Changes and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.
• Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.
• We may terminate your account if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
